About the role
Our company is growing rapidly, and the customer service team is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator. You will join an ambitious and international team who are working close with the business with the main focus to give our customers an outstanding experience when shopping with us.

As a Customer Service Coordinator at CarpetVista you are ensuring that our customer service team is properly staffed and able to answer our customers within the given time frame. You will be responsible for the overview of our daily operations and report to the Customer Service Manager. To be able to set requirements and have an understanding of the employees' challenges, it is required that you also participate operationally.

How you make an impact

  • Constantly improve the performance and service for our customers and business users.
  • Working together with the Customer Service Manager in planning and forecasting processes. 
  • High energy and at the beginning of your carrier as a Coordinator or similar position. 

What you bring

  • A deep commitment to deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds the customers expectation.
  • You take responsibility for your tasks, and drive processes further.
  • You structure your work and respect deadlines. 
  • Willing to share your knowledge in the group, help and inspire colleagues to develop.
  • You communicate clearly and ensure that expectations are clear for all parties involved.


  • Experience from a coordinating or team leading service role
  • Staffing experience, both long term and short term
  • English and one additional language skill

Preferred competence

  • 2+ years of Customer Service
  • Additional language competence
  • Experience from working in Zendesk
